Sluice Pro Gold Mats  

Liability

The purchaser shall be responsible to determine the suitability of the purchased product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability for their product choice and decision.

Terms of Sale

Net 20 days on all open accounts. Open account billing must be pre-arranged with prior approved credit references. Rush purchases for all new customers will be handled on a prepaid basis.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Damaged Goods and Shortages

Customers are responsible for inspecting (for damages & shortages) all delivered materials at the time of delivery at destination. Any damages or shortages must be documented on the freight bill and acknowledged by the freight company driver at the time of delivery. The freight company must also be given the signed freight bill with documented damage or shortage. If any discrepancies occur, please contact info@sluiceprogoldmats.com as soon as possible.

Colors

We make every effort to accurately duplicate the colors of our mat selections. If color is critical to your application, please contact info@sluiceprogoldmats.com to request an actual color sample.

Price Match Guarantee

Sluice Pro Gold Mats is proud to serve miners and industrial professionals with the highest quality products at competitive prices. If you find a lower price on an identical product, we guarantee to match it — and possibly beat it.

To request a price match:

  • Email us at info@sluiceprogoldmats.com or visit http://sluiceprogoldmats.com.
     
  • The product must be identical.
     
  • We must be able to confirm and validate the lower price.
     
  • Price match includes the total cost (price, taxes, freight, fees, etc.).
     
  • Requests must be submitted before or within 3 days of purchase.
     
  • Excludes seconds, closeouts, restocks, promotions, coupons, or auction sites.
     

We reserve the right to determine product eligibility and refuse any price matching if it does not meet these conditions.

Free Shipping

  • Orders may be combined to reach the $99.99 threshold but must be placed together.
     
  • Free shipping is valid within the Continental United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and international locations).
     
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will incur a $25 fee for corrections after shipment.
     
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping charges.
     
  • International shipments: the customer is 100% responsible for freight costs, duties, taxes, and import fees.
     

Warranty Policy

All products carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. Warranty claims are valid only if:

  1. The issue was the fault of Sluice Pro Gold Mats.
     
  2. The customer has properly maintained the product.
     
  3. There is no evidence of misuse or negligence.
     

Return Policy

Sluice Pro Gold Mats accepts returns under the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
     
  2. Customer must email info@sluiceprogoldmats.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address.
     
  3. A 35% restocking fee applies, along with all original freight costs.
